Board Members

Ian Adlington
Ian has been a trustee since 1993 and is the current Chairman of the Trustees. Ian is an Insurance Executive in the City of London where he has worked for 35 years with Insurance Brokers and Insurance Companies. He is married with three grown up children and four grandchildren and is based in London.

Ian has been involved in Church leadership and counselling for over 20 years and is a qualified counsellor.
Rev Jacqui Green
Rev Jacqui Green has been a Baptist Minister for 25 years and is currently the senior minister of Stony Stratford Baptist Church. She is on the Baptist Union of Great Britain Council and serves on their Ministerial Recognition committees, regionally and nationally and is a locum chaplain at her local hospital. Her husband Bob is a part time police chaplain; they have been married since 1999. She enjoys travel, theatre, swimming and eating out.

Sue Monckton-Rickett
Sue Monckton-Rickett acts as treasurer for The Claybury Trust. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and has worked as an accountant in international banks in the City of London for the past 10 years.

She is a qualified counsellor and therapist, with training in many different fields including Jungian sand play therapy and is a member of Association of Christian Counsellors and Bridge Pastoral Foundation. She acts as a counsellor and speaker in private practice and for Christian organisations. With her husband she runs "WINGS", which is a Christian organisation involved in counselling, prayer ministry, teaching and training on these topics. Sue has been involved in a variety of church based ministries for 20 years.

Tim Wilkinson
Tim Wilkinson lives in Dartford, in Kent, and is married with three children all now grown up and living away from home. He is a trained counsellor and part of his time is spent counselling church leaders through the Claybury Trust. He also speaks in churches and lectures in Christian Counselling in a Bible College. He is the tutor for the “Liberating the Leadership” correspondence course run by London School of Theology, but initially written by Colin Buckland.

Tim worked with the London City Mission for eighteen years running a Mission Centre, working with international students and finally being attached to a church. For the last four years of this time he was a superintendent responsible for care and supervision of a group of other missionaries. He has also spent four years working as the director of a Christian Counselling Centre but has passed on this responsibility to concentrate on other areas of his ministry.
