Offer help in both English and French to missionaries and national church leaders serving in Europe and the surrounding regions. Caring for those who care for the world, one another ministries has provided help to more than 1400 Christian workers of 37 different nationalities, serving in 57 countries throughout the world to 80 different sending agencies.
They provide timely professional interventions, pastoral care and pro-active training to individuals, couples, families, and ministry teams. Under the directorship of Dr Robert and Mrs Debby Lugar and Ms Dorcas Harbin, One Another Ministries International engage in an extremely warm and friendly relationship with Claybury International. Where possible, the two organizations seek to combine their skills in fruitful ways that serve their preferred ministry outcomes.

Pinnacle Ministries is a pastoral and church leadership development ministry, and focuses on three key areas:
- Training (Development) - offering sound Biblical foundations for ministry and leadership development. These include training seminars held both locally and regionally, as well as individual consultations with pastors and leadership teams.
- Coaching (Motivation) - helping pastors refocus their energies for effective ministry. This is accomplished through both one-to-one counselling and new pastor mentoring programs.
- Renewing (Restoration) - helping pastors recover faltering lives and ministries. We network and refer to quality professional pastoral counselling and renewal services, and offer personal counselling and relevant career testing for self-discovery and growth.
