Evangelical Alliance
Claybury has for a number of years been working in warm relationship with the Evangelical Alliance. Having engaged in national research into the condition of Christian leaders, Claybury was able to establish, under the umbrella of the Evangelical Alliance, what has come to be known as the Care for Pastor's Network. We've also had the privilege of the participating in a number of the national seminars held in conjunction with CWR.

CWR
We have a long and positive association with CWR, and currently engage jointly in providing retreat programs for those serving in ministry, and these are held at the beautiful Waverley Abbey House.

Spring Harvest
Our staff have been involved in working with Spring Harvest, for more than 20 years, engaging in counselling and pastoral services. More recently, we have been involved in the presentation of seminars for Christian leaders and providing professional counselling and pastoral services at specific leadership functions.

TWR
Claybury fulfils a major contract with Trans World Radio, a major mission organization involved in the presentation of the gospel around the world through mass media. We divide our time for this organization into three related functions:
Colin and Lorna Buckland spend two months of the year working as the staff pastors for Trans World Radio Europe, which involves them spending many weeks in the greater European field, providing care and development services.
We provide professional training services for Trans World Radio Europe in the area of Leadership Development specifically focused on a cultural shift towards a Servant Leadership motif.

We also engage in training and consulting for Trans World Radio in a global capacity. Helping this organization to reach its own goals of transforming its operational culture into one of Servant Leadership.

These three contracts currently have our staff traveling around greater Europe, into the USA and into Asia.
Paraklesis Ministries
Claybury enjoys a special relationship with this organization, which is under the directorship of Dr Sidney Draayer. Paraklesis has provided mission and ministry retreats around the world with dynamic effect. Pastors and missionaries have been able to enjoy ‘life changing’ seminars in a fully supportive environment. Our staff held a number of these retreats, together with Gladys and Sidney, in the UK, in France, and in Chile.
