Registration:
Registration involves the completion of an on-line form. There are 5 pages of questions for you to complete and provided you press the ‘next step’ button at the foot of the page you have completed, the information you have added will be saved. Therefore you will not need to complete the form in one sitting. Once you have completed the form to your satisfaction you need to press the submit button as the foot of page 5. Your application will then be sent to Claybury.
Referee:
Individuals are required to give the details of a referee. This reference is for Claybury’s use only and is not passed on to churches.
Online Profile:
When the form has been agreed with Claybury and a satisfactory reference received, the information is placed in a ‘profile template’ and put on our website. Once registered your individual profile will be entered on a secure part of our website to which you will have access by means of your user name and password. Other individuals registered with Dovetail will not be able to view your profile, but churches registered with Dovetail will and they will be free to contact you direct.
Fee:
Registration lasts for one year and the cost is £35. Renewable at £25 for a second year). Cheques should be made payable to ‘The Claybury Trust’ and sent to: Claybury International, Kingsfield, Hadrian Way, Baldock, Herts, SG7 6AN, United Kingdom. Receipt can be sent if requested.
Using the Dovetail programme:
Dovetail provides a place where introductory information can be shared in a secure environment. It provides a way for the two parties to meet and see whether God is in it. There will need to be more sharing of information, ideas, thoughts, feelings and prayer; this is simply a starting point for the process. The information you place on Dovetail is in effect your ‘shop window’.
