Consultancy Support using Outcomes
Either as an additional service to the Outcomes training or as stand alone service we would be delighted to help support your organisation to evaluate its aims and objectives and the changes it is seeking to bring about in the lives of those it serves. Using an outcomes approach helps organisations focus on the individuals they serve rather than its own internal processes and activities and helps staff and clients to see the effects that the organisation is having to change lives.

If you can answer ‘Yes’ to the questions below, you should benefit considerably from the course:
- Do you already collect some basic monitoring data, such as the number of people you see or the number of activities undertaken?
- Are the leaders of the organisation enthusiastic about learning more about outcomes, and interested in implementing an outcomes focus?
- Can you spare two or three people (trustees, paid staff, volunteers or a mixture) to attend two days of training, to undertake a task in between the two training days, and then to undertake the implementation of an outcomes focus within your organisation? These people should be closely involved in the running of your organisation, and the same people need to attend both days of the same course.
